My Rates (for 2025)

Voice-over rates can be a bit tricky and one voice actor will charge you 20€ for a job while another will ask for 400€ or more (and neither of them is wrong).

My pricing isn’t plucked from thin air; it’s based on the quality of my craft, technical skills, and more than 35 years of experience. It adapts depending on the client’s size, where and how the audio will be used, and the nature of our collaboration.

Bellow rates are just guidelines so you can better understand where we stand when you want me to voice your next audio project.

But you will always know how much I will charge before we begin the job. Fair, transparent, and always delivering value – that’s my ultimate goal.

Please be aware that I’m always flexible if needed. So, if you think we are a good match, let’s talk. We usually find a way!

My rates are based on my Basic Session Fee (BSF), which is 150€.

BSF is like the minimum fee. Even if you want me to record 2 sentences I will need to charge you the BSF. You can use my recording for internal purposes, for your website, for organic social media posts but not for advertising!

BSF DOES NOT COVER ADVERTISING FEES!

If you plan to use my work for advertising purposes you will also need Advertising rights (look the rates below).

BSF includes:
• Voice recording and editing for clean, broadcast-quality audio (up to 1 hour)
• Retakes for errors on my side**
• Broadcast quality studio use
• Delivery of edited and cleaned voiceover tracks in broadcast-quality WAV (or preferred format)
• Up to 2 years of archiving original recording
• ‘Non-broadcast’ usage (client website, social media, internal training, eLearning

Note: BSF price does not include mixing, mastering or audio transfer to video.

** Please note that if a script is revised after it has been officially approved and recorded, it will be considered a new project and billed accordingly.

Rates for advertising rights (prices per spot)

If you wish to use the recording for advertising here are some of the most common use cases and the according rates:

TV ADVERTISING

• National (Slovenia) TV campaign up to 6 months = 150€ + BSF = 300€
• National (Slovenia) TV campaign up to 1 year = 200€ + BSF = 350€
• National (Slovenia) TV campaign up to 2 years = 300€ + BSF = 450€

DIGITAL (ONLINE) ADVERTISING

• Digital advertising campaign (geotargeting Slovenia)  up to 1 year = 100€ + BSF = 250€
• Digital advertising campaign (geotargeting Slovenia)  no time limit = 300€ + BSF = 450€

RADIO ADVERTISING

• National (Slovenia) RADIO campaign up to 1 year = covered by BSF = 150€
• Regional (or local) RADIO campaign in Slovenia up to 1 year = flat rate = 100€

CORPORATE – EXPLAINER- MEDICAL – AUDIO GUIDE

• Up to 1.5 minutes or 250 words = 150€
• Up to 3 minutes or 500 words = 200€
• Up to 7 minutes or 1000 words = 300€
• Up to 10 minutes or 1500 words = 400€

EDUCATION – E-LEARNING (INTERNAL USE)

• Up to 3 minutes or 500 words = 150€
• Up to 7 minutes or 1000 words = 200€
• Up to 10 minutes or 1500 words = 300€
